Operating Units

Mold System
The Shaper Unit and Sanding Unit follow the mold with the rollers located at the bottom of units. The best quality shaped parts are guaranteed.
Shaping Cutter
Deep chip removal and clean surface are guaranteed with specially designed chip-breaker helix cutting head. Optionally, cutting head suitable for the shape can be attached.
Workpiece Fixing Piston
There are 8 pistons used to fix the workpiece to be processed on the mold. The number of pistons can be increased.
