ELITE.ULTRA is a CNC machining center wood lathe with 3 interpolated axes. This machine designed for long and big diameter turning and miling. Max. 5000 mm lenght and 600 mm diameter workpieces can turnable with this machine. There are 4 processing units on the machine: Rough Milling, Detail Milling, Sanding and Turning. It can be increased to 6 units with the optional Detail Sanding Unit and Saw Turning Units. Workpiece clamping is achieved by a pneumatic cylinder. The milling motor can be used vertically or horizontally.

Operating Units
There are 4 different machining units: Shaping, Turning, Detail Milling, Sanding Units.Operating Units can be changed optionally. It is designed with 2 different configuration options.
Automatic Feeding Unit
Automatic Feeding Unit with Elevator, an increase in production is achieved and the advantage of saving time is provided. Fast and high quality production is guaranteed with this new system that makes the next workpiece ready for loading while the part operation continues.
